Job Title:Coordinator II - Paint

Location:Richmond Plant 1

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Coordinator to play a key role within our Paint department. This position works closely with internal departments to ensure painted parts are completed in a timely manner.

What you will be responsible for in this role:

• Ensures parts are staged according to production schedule.
• Communicates priorities to the loader and unloaders and hook repairs to the line lead
• Confirms that shortages service parts and ends are being hung with appropriate colors
• Makes sure that parts are being inspecting parts and that issues are being communicated to line lead
• Trains new operators and fills in for operators when needed
• Certifies all parts are scanned up and down
• Other duties as assigned

What are the basic qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3 years relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of Hillphoenix products and parts.
• Experience with AS400 is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce or other Ticketing System
