Our members experience greater continuity of care as well as the comfort of knowing they will be treated with respect by people who genuinely care about them their families and their Summary:Must be located in Nashville TN and open to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office 2 remote)The HR Coordinator supporting the HRBP function will play a key role in defining and carrying out HR processes. This role is responsible for providing administrative operational and analytical support to HR Business Partners. This role will play a critical role in bridging operational HR work with strategic initiatives. This includes coordinating various HR activities ensuring day-to-day HR processes run smoothly preparing reports supporting colleague relations and performance processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Serving as a liaison and resource to our colleagues supporting internal HR programs and administration of HR processes are all part of the role. This is a fast-paced position that will stress high quality development and Responsibilities:Document setup and maintain HRBP workflows to establish and ensure top-level colleague supportSupport HRBPs with day-to-day HR activities including data analysis reporting documentation and coordination of HR programs to better support and deliver HR and maintain employee reports related to turnover engagement promotions performance and in performance management processes tracking completion of reviews and corrective improvement out key administrative functions related to HRBP processes and colleague data both recurring and as neededHandle employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS systems (e.g. Workday Dayforce SAP).Draft and maintain HR documentation such as position letters job descriptions and communication and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment as a point of contact for general HR inquiries from managers or with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support business-specific exit interviews to glean insights and patterns; handle termination documentation exit checklist and overall offboarding to ensure timely and compliant processes. Other duties and special projects as needed focusing on knowledge and skills developmentQualifications:Bachelors degree in HR Business or related (2) years of related experience preferred; minimum of one year requiredSHRM-CP/PHR certification preferredKnowledge of HR processes and employment law in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced attention to detail and Skills/Abilities:Exceptional organizational skills and attention to time management skills with the ability to meet mindset with comfort in working with HR problem-solving and continuous improvement approach and strong interpersonal service-oriented attitudeSystems thinker adept at understanding and documenting processesExcellent written verbal and interpersonal skills and are ready to deploy them in a colleague-centered workplaceStrong understanding of human resource principles practices and proceduresArchWell Health is an equal opportunity employer.
