Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesServe as an initial point of contact for routine employee questions regarding HR policies procedures benefits and other employment-related administrative support to the HR team and assist with daily HR accurate and confidential employee personnel records and HR employment-related documents correspondence reports and employee with HR data entry audits reporting and record new-hire documentation and coordinate required pre-employment or assist with new-hire employee information is accurately entered into applicable HR the HR Business Partner and HR leadership with employee relations documentation and administrative appropriate confidentiality regarding employee and business QualificationsMust pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable school diploma or equivalent.13 years of administrative Human Resources recruiting or related professional organizational skills and attention to to handle confidential and sensitive information written and verbal communication interpersonal and customer-service with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word Excel and QualificationsAssociates or bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related HR experience within a manufacturing distribution industrial or similar working with an HRIS applicant tracking system payroll system or other HR of basic HR practices and employment-related or HRCI certification or interest in pursuing HR Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical to work in a high-stress -oriented and able to work approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the to understand processes (system and non-system) troubleshoot develop and recommend working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
