Job Summary

Description

As a Funding Coordinator you will have various duties and responsibilities which include data entry document control pulling of loans balancingmonthlyreportsandpreparingmonthly Assignments. Handling the onboarding of new loans that book after rescission is also part of the Funding Coordinators responsibilities. They will build relationships with our outside vendors developers lenders and custodians through theprocessing ofmonthly andweekly fundings.

Responsibilities

As the Funding Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Review all funding criteria ensuring lender requirements are met and Borrowing Notice is prepared.
  • Review work and cure all exception reports prior to funding.
  • Dataentryofrecordedmortgageinformationdistributionandapplicablefiling.
  • Balance and review monthly exception reports from custodian assuring all exceptions are cleared withinestablished timeframesperlenderagreement.
  • PullMonthly assignmentReportandprepareschedulestosendassignmentsforrecording
  • PrepareInvoicesandrequestchecksfromAccountsPayable
  • Download and receiverecordedassignmentsfromonlinerecording and/or counties requiring mail in documents
  • Daily onboarding/entry of all sales achieving the breakthrough good business
  • ThecompletionofmonthlyBluegreenFundings and weekly Fee Based Service Fundings
  • CompletionofDailyExperianCreditReportBatchUploadforBluegreenFBSClients
  • Daily preparation/auditing of BXG and FBS contracts against the system; checking critical loan informationenteredatthetimeofboarding.
  • OtherDutiesasneeded


Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of working knowledge in Mortgage Banking or Title
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate and efficient computer skills
  • Must be reliable have a strong attention to detail ability to multi-task ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must have strong organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to effectively manage demanding situations with the highest degree of integrity.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in speaking writing and reading English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree
  • 2 years of experience working in mortgage finance or title services
