About the Role: Cook/Homemaker

As a Cook youll play a key role in supporting the health happiness and daily experience of the residents at Fieldstone of DeWitt.

As a Cook/Homemaker you will:

• Create Delicious Meals: Prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes daily using chef-approved recipes that highlight your culinary skills.
• Work Alongside Culinary Leaders: Collaborate with Chefs and Culinary Directors while gaining hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
• Support Specialized Diets: Help craft meals that meet modified diet plans making a real difference in guests health and satisfaction.
• Maintain High Standards: Monitor food quality manage portions and act quickly to ensure every plate meets our service excellence.
• Practice Smart & Clean Cooking: Follow proper sanitation and waste control practices contributing to a safe efficient and sustainable kitchen.

Opening:

• As needed first (6AM-2:30PM) or second shift (3:30PM-7:30PM)

Qualifications:

• Culinary education preferred
• Minimum one year cooking experience
• Experience with quantity cooking and modified diet preferred

• The pay range for this position is $16.92-$24.85/hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
