Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook to our Dietary Department at Baptist Clay in Fleming Island FL. This is a Full-Time opportunity primarily working day shifts with rotating weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience as a line cook or grill cook. ServSafe certification is a plus.

As a Cook I you will be responsible for:

• Measuring mixing portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients guests and staff.
• Working clean safe and sanitary in accordance with department policies
• Filling out all logs production charts cleaning schedules etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
• Providing excellent customer service to our guests patients and staff
• Working in a fast-paced environment

Experience Requirements:

• Less than 1 year Food Service Experience Preferred
• Less than 1 year Cooking Experience Preferred

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED Preferred
