Position Overview
The Chief Operating Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple divisions including real estate operations construction and property management.
This individual will work closely with ownership to ensure departments operate efficiently projects stay on track managers are supported and company standards are consistently followed.
Success in this role requires exceptional leadership emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with employees at every level from field staff and office personnel to department heads and senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across the companys real estate construction and property management divisions.
- Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are consistently executed.
- Improve accountability while maintaining a positive collaborative culture.
- Oversee department managers and help them achieve operational goals.
- Drive communication and collaboration between departments.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and reporting.
- Improve workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Support project execution scheduling and cross-functional coordination.
- Build and develop high-performing leadership teams.
- Coach managers through difficult employee situations.
- Partner with ownership on strategic planning and company growth.
- Ensure operational excellence while preserving the companys culture and values.
