Conveyance Coordinator

Overview

In this role youll manage conveyance files from start to finish ensuring all inspections property preservation work and documentation meet HUD investor and internal requirements. Youll play a key part in reviewing work orders monitoring timelines and supporting the timely and accurate conveyance of properties.

What Youll Do

Manage conveyance files ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met
Issue and review work orders and bids for scope quality and compliance
Track timelines to support timely conveyance and claims submission
Review approve and submit work orders and invoices for payment
Process field service invoices including verification and coding
Resolve invoice discrepancies by working directly with vendors
Complete tasks in internal systems while maintaining accuracy and compliance

What Were Looking For

Strong working experience in conveyance property preservation or mortgage/default servicing
Familiarity with HUD or investor requirements preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Comfortable working with invoices and financial data
Clear professional communication and problem-solving skills
