Controller

Centriworks is seeking an experienced financial leader to join our team as Controller in Knoxville Tennessee.

This is more than a traditional accounting role. Were looking for a strategic leader who wants a seat at the table enjoys developing people and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing technology company. The Controller will work closely with the CFO contribute to business strategy lead and develop our administrative and accounting team drive process automation initiatives and support key organizational growth objectives.

Were looking for someone who brings both strong financial expertise and the ability to think beyond the numbers.

Qualifications:

• CMA CGMA or CPA required
• Experience in Managed IT Services Business Technology Services or a related technology-driven industry strongly preferred
• Proven success leading mentoring and developing teams
• Strong accounting and financial management skills combined with sound business judgment
• Passion for continuous improvement automation and operational excellence
