Catalents Greendale Indiana site is a key part of the companys Wellness business serving as one of North Americas primary gummy development and manufacturing centers. The site specializes in the formulation and production of traditional gelatin gummies and 100% plantbased pectin gummies for nutritional supplements and nutraceutical applications supporting a wide range of consumer health products. With strong inhouse R&D quality laboratories and flexible manufacturing and packaging capabilities the Greendale operation partners closely with customers to develop innovative highquality and consumerfriendly gummy delivery formats across a variety of flavors shapes and functional ingredients all produced under rigorous quality and foodsafety standards.

Position Summary

We have an opportunity for a Controller to join our team and lead financial operations with precision and integrity. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting compliance with accounting standards and effective internal controls. The Controller will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support strategic decisionmaking and drive operational efficiency. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on financial performance and business growth.

The Role

• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal and external audit processes including preparation of schedules and responses to auditor inquiries.
• Oversee monthend and yearend close processes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Develop implement and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Monitor budget and forecast versus actual performance and provide variance analysis.
• Partner with department leaders to support financial decisionmaking and operational efficiency.
• Provide analytical insights that support strategy cost control and profitability initiatives.

The Candidate

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Minimum seven years of progressive accounting experience including management.
• Expert knowledge in United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) with a strong consultative but resultsoriented approach.
• Mentally strong to challenge assumptions and handle complex financial analysis.
• Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalentsponsored leadership programs such as NGGL GOLD LEAD Now GM Excellence and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience.

Preferred Skills & Background

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems financial reporting tools and process automation.
• Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills.
• Individual may be required to sit stand walk regularly and occasionally lift 015 pounds.
