A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations and help drive strategic business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys partnering with executive leadership improving financial processes and making a meaningful impact in a growing organization.

The Controller will lead all accounting financial reporting budgeting forecasting and compliance activities while ensuring the integrity of the companys financial operations. This role combines day-to-day accounting leadership with strategic financial planning to support operational excellence and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations including month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes
Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Lead budgeting forecasting and financial analysis to support business decisions
Develop and maintain strong internal controls accounting policies and procedures
Manage cash flow and support long-term financial planning initiatives
Coordinate external audits and oversee tax and regulatory reporting
Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
Lead and develop the accounting team while driving continuous process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required
Masters degree CPA CMA or similar professional designation preferred
7 years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience preferably in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting budgeting and internal controls
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Excellent leadership analytical communication and problem-solving abilities
