Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to support the Product Support team and provide daily Control Account Management for the C3S CLS Sustainment organization. As a Control Account Manager you will be responsible for managing cost schedule and technical performance for assigned control accounts. Key duties include developing and maintaining budgets and schedules monitoring performance analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting risk management and compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards. Strong analytical communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

• Raytheon EVMS Certification or ability to obtain certification within 3 months

• Ability to obtain and maintain an active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Estimate at Completes (EACs) and/or Integrated Master Plan or Schedule (IMP/IMS)

• Proven experience with geographically and multidisciplined teams

• Experience developing and reviewing basis of estimates

• Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process

• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with program processes financial planning and execution EACs EVM and key metrics (Bookings Sales Earnings & Cash).

• Display strong communication influence management and presentation skills and comfortably interacts with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs to include Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables advanced formulas) Project Word PowerPoint and Outlook

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
