Contracts Manager

ACT is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our government and commercial contracts from pre-award negotiations through closeout. This highly visible position will partner with Sales executive leadership customers and internal teams to manage contractual risk maintain compliance and support ACTs continued growth in the defense and aerospace markets.

What You Will Do

• Lead contract reviews negotiations modifications and closeout activities
• Partner with Sales during the proposal and pre-award process
• Advise leadership on contractual requirements risks and business impacts
• Manage customer correspondence and resolve contractual issues
• Oversee FAR DFARS DPAS ITAR EAR and government flow-down requirements
• Manage NDAs subcontracts customer certifications and required deliverables
• Maintain compliant contract and government property systems
• Lead and develop assigned contracts staff

• Bachelors degree in business or a related field
• Experience managing U.S. government contracts
• Strong knowledge of FAR DFARS DPAS and export-control requirements
• Proven contract negotiation and risk-management skills
• Excellent communication organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments
