Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Rhythm of Business (RoB) Management:Lead the scheduling and execution of core team cadences including Contractor Leadership Reviews and the Regional Governance structure.
- Event & Summit Planning:Serve as the primary lead for planning and facilitating regional annual contractor summits ensuring high-value engagement and seamless logistics.
- Data & Performance Analytics:Take ownership of our team scorecards; drive the creation of new metrics and continuously iterate on existing ones to provide actionable insights.
- Digital Transformation:Design build and maintain the team SharePoint site to serve as the central repository for resources processes and documentation.
- Strategic Communications:Develop and streamline internal and external communication strategies to ensure consistency clarity and timely information flow across the global organization.
- Operational Excellence:Identify bottlenecks in team workflows and implement process improvements to increase speed and accuracy.
- Global Stakeholder Engagement:Acting as a liaison between regional hubs to ensure local nuances are captured in global governance strategies.
- Change Management:Supporting the team as we roll out new contractor management policies or tools.
- Continuous Improvement/Kaizen:Managing a feedback loop to capture lessons learned from contractors and regional leads to refine our global strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6 years of experience in Operations and/or Supply Chain.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required estimated at 20%
