About the Role & Team

The Contract Management team is responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle from licensee on-boarding contract negotiations through contract amendments and renewals. This role has high interaction with a broad array of Disney groups (Licensing Finance Legal Credit and Collections ILS etc.) as well as Disneys licensees. The team also focuses on implementing efficient and effective systems and processes.

The Contract Manager provides governance and oversight of contract administration activities supports new agreements contract renewals and amendments ensures data integrity within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system drives process improvements monitors operational performance and partners with stakeholders to resolve complex contract and compliance issues.

What You Will Do

Primarily responsible for the following key functions under the direction of North America Contract Management Hub leader:

• Provide day-to-day directional leadership guidance and training to internationally based contractor staff
• Maintain deep understanding of contract execution process; act as subject matter expert (SME) on licensing and contract execution for North America Contract Management team and stakeholders
• Audit contracts and amendments to ensure compliance with company policies and quality assurance standard
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive correction actions where necessary
• Address complex and escalated contract execution issues and determine course of action including referring to Licensing Finance or Legal
• Partner with the North America Contract Management Hub leader to develop robust KPI reporting
• Lead regional ad-hoc projects provide expertise and input on global projects
• Lead and participate in meetings with Licensing Finance Legal and stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with stakeholder teams
• Review complex contract issues to ensure standard of excellence is maintained
• Participate in system and process improvement projects
• Develop and maintain process documentation job aids and standard operating procedures
• Partner with the North America Hub leader to develop meaningful data analytics
• Interpret large amounts of complex data and present to leadership verbally and in writing in a professional concise manner

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3 years of experiencein contract management contract administration licensing operations legal operations or a related field

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen
• Intermediate or better expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Outlook Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong relationship building skills and a highly professional client service orientation
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Excellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent communicator in both oral and written settings
• High energy level; strong work ethic
• Self-driven independent thinker
• Results-oriented decisive
• Exhibit a willingness to be adaptable and flexible and demonstrate a desire to operate in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership and/or project management experience
• Experience with Docusign CLM systems workflow automation tools Power BI or related reporting systems
• Experience creating dashboards

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Legal Studies Paralegal Studies Communications related field or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Celebration FL is $115700.00 - $149700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to the full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the level and position offered.
