Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily contract operations and provide IT business support.
• Prepare reports by gathering analyzing and summarizing data; create presentation materials for management.
• Enter contract financial liabilities into the ATRIUM tool.
• Coordinate contract renewal analysis and financial reviews for IT operations.
• Maintain annual Operational Expense budgets and compile financial status reports.
• Monitor Purchase Orders and resolve issues with vendors regarding invoices and accruals.
• Analyze spending and forecasting for appropriate change controls and escalation reporting.
• Lead meetings to coordinate and document changes to IT contracts.
• Present data to managers and directors to aid in decision-making.
• Develop communications to summarize analyses and discuss recommendations with peers and executives.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions with diverse teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Work with data management and financial analysis teams to build new tools and reports in Power BI.
• Extract data from SAP for business intelligence reports and dashboards.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of related work experience in contract and financial management.
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expert-level skills in Excel.
• Experience in structuring contract agreements and basic financial modeling.
• Ability to present to leadership and develop impactful PowerPoint slides.
• Nice to have: Experience with Power BI and a valid CA drivers license.
