Contract Customer Success Representative

Pay:$19-$20/hour

Schedule:Full-Time

Location:Onsite in Blue Ash OH

Contract Duration:Mid-September 2026 through November 20 2026

This is a contract-based role and as aContract Customer Success Representative you will serve as the initial point of contact for employees aiding in inquiries related to their health benefits coverage and related matters.

Other responsibilities include:

• Available to start in mid-September and work through November 20 2026.
• Respond to inbound calls from client employees regarding health insurance benefits eligibility and coverage.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality customer satisfaction and response time.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Communications or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Must be available to work full-time onsite at the client location in Blue Ash OH.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
