Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities implement solutions and track measurable and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business process inefficiencies through data analysis observation and team in and help facilitate Kaizen events problem-solving sessions and improvement in developing documenting and standardizing processes and work analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs).Support root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys Fishbone diagrams FMEA and Pareto Lean Six Sigma and CI tools including 5S value stream mapping and visual and support employees on continuous improvement tools and best improvement actions and ensure follow-through and with operations quality engineering maintenance and service audits assessments and continuous improvement employee engagement and a culture of continuous company policies safety procedures and operational additional duties as Were Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or Associate degree required (technical engineering or business preferred).13 years of experience in manufacturing operations quality or continuous knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement analytical and problem-solving to collect and interpret data to drive communication and organizational to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Operations Management or related field is a Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is a facilitating Kaizen or improvement events is a with manufacturing systems ERP/MES or KPI dashboards is a with data visualization or reporting tools is a plusWhats In It For You:Join a company that truly values its employees!
