Job Summary
Job Title: Contingent Business Analyst
Seeking a Business Analyst to join the Business Operations Services (BOS) department. This role supports small- to medium-sized initiatives that enhance service excellence operational efficiency and customer loyalty across Financial Services.
The Business Analyst partners with business teams IT AHFC centers and vendors to analyze business needs support project execution ensure compliance and strengthen operational readiness and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of projects and process enhancements
- Partner with IT business teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Perform business analysis risk assessments and business impact analyses
- Prepare operational and management status reports
- Create and maintain business process documentation
- Communicate business strategies policies and changes to stakeholders
- Support business continuity efforts and assist during crisis events
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business or related field preferred
- 3 5 years of experience preferably in financial services
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Business continuity experience a plus
