The Role You Will Play
- The Health & Group Benefits Consulting Actuary will lead Employer Health Benefits engagements managing complex client projects and relationships while delivering actuarial and strategic guidance on plan design financials benefit strategy and vendor selection/management.
- This role will lead relationships for select health clients serve as the Consulting Actuary for all deliverables and manage large complex client projects.
- The Health & Group Benefits Consulting Actuary will manage/oversee the marketing and vendor search process for potentially all lines of coverage with a focus on medical and pharmacy coverage.
- This role is entrusted to leverage expertise and experience to build and strengthen relationships representing the practice with key customers prospects providers and other market stakeholders.

Background Profile
- 18 years of experience with multiemployer health actuarial and consulting services
- Expertise in benefits design delivery and strategy
- Superior leadership and client engagement skills
- Health and life insurance license preferred
- ASA MAAA (minimum)
- Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science Mathematics Statistics Economics
