What You Will Do:
Provide Exceptional Client Service and Coordinate Work in the Following Areas:
- Import or synchronize general ledger data
- Process accounts payable including integration
- Post payroll journal entries Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Prepare and review depreciation schedules
- Assist with monthly and year-end trial balance closings
- Support the preparation and review of monthly management reports and financial statements
- Deliver virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services
- Participate in software application implementation projects
- Facilitate training and development for associates and colleagues
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related business field
- 1 years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or organizational accounting operations including accounting system workflows financial statement preparation and supervision of accounting payroll and sales tax functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Prior experience with CaseWare Fixed Assets CS and
- Experience working with QuickBooks QuickBooks Online Intacct or similar general ledger software package
