WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Consultant Project Manager specializing in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) you will use your scrum master skills to drive execution and delivery of IAM related projects. This role with have project ownership timelines RAID/dependency tracking status reporting escalation and leadership visibiity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex multi-workstream cybersecurity and IAM projects with enterprise-wide impact

  • Own IAM workstreams

  • Provide project status reporting and budget tracking.

  • Manage RAID logs.

  • Build executive-level reporting materials.

  • Clearly articulate project risk trade-offs funding needs and timeline impacts to senior leadership.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across security engineering infrastructure and business teams.

  • Drive execution and delivery across all projects.

  • Support IAM and security-related platform initiatives ensuring alignment with broader cybersecurity strategy

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years of experience leading complex enterprise projects including multi-workstream initiatives with executive visibility

  • Experience operating within a formal PMO structure reporting into senior leadership and adhering to enterprise governance standards

  • Proven ability to develop and present to leadership.

  • Strong experience communicating project risk defending timelines and navigating funding discussions under pressure.

  • Experience in cybersecurity IAM or security-adjacent platform environments.

  • Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts (e.g. provisioning authentication governance PAM SSO MFA).

  • History of budget oversight project tracking and RAID log management.
  • Ability to sequence complex initiatives manage dependencies and drive accountability across technical and business teams.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans.

  • PMP certification from PMI and/or Scrum Master certification is a MUST HAVE.

  • The annual salary range for this role is $100000-$130000.
