Job Summary

We are seeking 2 experienced Construction Superintendents for direct hire opportunities with a growing General Contractor located in King of Prussia PA. This role is responsible for managing daily on-site construction activities and ensuring commercial projects are completed safely on schedule and within budget.

$120000-$135000 (depending on experience) plus Profit Sharing

Responsibilities for Construction Superintendent:

Manage daily on-site construction operations
Supervise subcontractors and field personnel
Ensure work is completed according to project plans schedule and budget
Coordinate with project managers architects engineers and owner representatives
Enforce safety standards and site compliance
Lead job site meetings and maintain project documentation
Oversee quality control and project close-out

Qualifications for Construction Superintendent:

Minimum 5 years of commercial construction field management experience
OSHA 30 certification required
Strong knowledge of construction methods and scheduling
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Experience coordinating subcontractors and project teams
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
