Job Summary

Construction Site Manager

Brooklyn

Qualifications: Strong execution and critical thinking skills proven ability to oversee construction projects and proficiency in project management software and basic computer applications. Must be a hustler and quick problem solver who can keep projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site and through project teams.
Manage subcontractors and vendors ensuring contracts scopes of work and deliverables are clearly defined.
Monitor progress resolve conflicts and maintain project schedule.
Ensure all work meets safety standards quality benchmarks and contractual requirements.

Requirements: Must-have skills in project oversight vendor management and execution. Experience in construction management subcontractor relations and site supervision a must
