Job Summary
The Project Manager is the key team leader in the projects pathway to success; they are the liaison between project owner architect superintendent subcontractors and suppliers. As a Project Manager you understand the levers on your project and how to appropriately adjust them to ensure smooth and safe completion of the project that exceeds the clients expectations. You will ensure we are on target with project metrics by driving items forward providing leadership and oversight for all phases of the project from preconstruction to closeout. Working closely with all team members it will be your responsibility to foster positive working relationships and be an effective communicator.
Qualifications
- 5 years Construction Project Manager experience with experience in both high-end residential and commercial tenant improvements a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or equivalent combination of education experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in estimating scheduling budgeting cost control change management subcontractor management and financial reporting.
- Self-driven with a successful history of managing multiple projects simultaneously on time and on budget.
- Proficiency reading and interpreting detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Solid working knowledge of commercial and residential construction means and methods.
- Proven leadership skills with an ability to proactively identify and creatively resolve complex issues.
- Detailed and logical yet able to go with the flow & adapt to change.
- Effective time management; ability to plan your time prioritize and execute work in an efficient manner.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook Excel Word TEAMS and MS Project) and Bluebeam.
- Proficiency in Procore software a plus.
- Clean driving record.

Salary Benefits and Other Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $90000 to $130000 commensurate with experience. New-hire salaries are usually between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint. Actual placement in the range will depend on an applicants career-related skills experience and expertise as determined during the application process.
- 7 scheduled paid holidays per calendar year.
