Construction Project Manager

HK Construction is seeking a motivated organized and dependable Construction Project Manager to oversee daily operations manage crew members coordinate projects and help ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage crew members and assign employees to jobs.

• Coordinate schedules and oversee multiple construction projects.

• Communicate project updates jobsite needs and potential delays.

• Review and approve material purchases within company guidelines.

• Track labor materials and other project expenses.

• Manage job costing budgets and project profit and loss reports.

• Monitor project progress quality and productivity.

• Coordinate with suppliers subcontractors and customers.

• Identify cost overturns and help maintain project profitability.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular reports to management.

• Construction experience or a strong understanding of construction operations.

• Leadership and crew management skills.

• Knowledge of job costing budgeting and financial reporting.

• Strong organizational communication and problem solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

• Experience with material purchasing and project scheduling is preferred.

• Hourly pay will be determined based on experience qualifications leadership ability and knowledge of construction management and financial reporting.
