Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage warehouse infrastructure projects including pallet racking mezzanines shelving dock equipment and sprinkler system upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from planning through installation and completion.

• Prepare estimates proposals and material take-offs.

• Coordinate vendors materials customers engineers and city officials.

• Understand construction permits and regulatory requirements.

• Read technical drawings and coordinate with AutoCAD designers.

• Conduct job site visits and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.

• 5 years of construction-related experience preferably in warehouse buildouts racking or conveyors.

• Ability to read technical drawings and working knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.

• Strong communication organization and multitasking skills.

• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

• Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica

• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
