Construction Project Manager

Oxford Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an opportunity with a client in the commercial construction industry. This role requires a hands-on professional who can successfully manage multiple construction projects simultaneously overseeing schedules budgets subcontractors and overall project execution.

The ideal candidate is organized proactive and comfortable managing projects from pre-construction through completion.

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Oversee project planning scheduling budgeting and resource coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities contracts purchasing and material procurement.
• Monitor project progress resolve issues and manage change orders.
• Track project costs review invoices and maintain budget controls.
• Conduct project meetings and coordinate with field personnel to keep projects on schedule.
• Oversee project closeout including inspectionsand final documentation.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects preferably across multiple projects at once.
• Background in commercial building construction renovations or ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling cost control subcontractor management and project coordination.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction project management software.
• Experience with construction estimating or accounting software is a plus.
