Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field.
- 5 years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing cost schedule design construction and budgets.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Knowledge of FAR construction standards safety and environmental codes.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Teams Word Outlook SharePoint and Excel.
- Healthcare construction experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work onsite in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites.
