Your Role

• Lead and Inspire: Support and mentor in-house professionals driving continuous improvement from project pursuits through turnover.

• Win Work Build Relationships:Collaborate with Client Executives on project pursuits RFP responses and interviews. Forge lasting relationships with clients architects and engineers embodying Dimeos commitment to integrity and partnership.

• Deliver Excellence:Guide andexpeditesystems with a relentless focus on budget safety schedule and quality. Resolve major project issues support operations reporting and ensure every clientobjectiveis metduring and beyond project completion.

• Strategize and Innovate:Develop and implement project safety plansidentifyrisks and create strategic solutions. Lead project meetingsestablishcommunication protocols and drive best-in-class processes for systems startup testing commissioning and training.

• Grow People:Participatein annual performance reviews mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers and commit to ongoing technical and leadership development.
