Construction Project Manager

Design Hire is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional with a background in tenant improvements design-build delivery commercial interior buildouts and ground-up construction who can successfully manage budgets schedules clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from planning preconstruction and procurement through construction turnover and closeout.
  
• Manage project budgets schedules subcontractor performance change orders and overall financial performance.
  
• Coordinate with owners architects engineers consultants subcontractors and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Review contracts drawings specifications RFIs submittals and project documentation while proactively resolving project issues.
  
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation reporting scheduling communication and overall project workflow.
  

Qualifications

• 8 years of construction project management experience supporting commercial construction projects.
  
• Proven experience managing tenant improvement projects commercial interior buildouts design-build projects and new building construction.
  
• Strong understanding of project budgeting scheduling forecasting contract administration and change order management.
  
• Proficiency with Procore required.
  
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings specifications contracts and technical documentation.
  
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining client relationships and project profitability.
  
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field preferred.
  
• Strong leadership communication negotiation organization and problem-solving skills.
