Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This position offers strong benefits bonus potential and a company vehicle allowance.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery from handoff through closeout
• Maintain positive relationships with clients subcontractors and internal staff
• Lead estimating bid procurement and project buyout activities
• Manage contracts RFIs and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project schedules and forecasts
• Review and process submittals shop drawings and related documentation
• Monitor project budgets costs and quality standards
• Prepare and present reporting including forecast at completion
• Ensure smooth and timely project closeout processes

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong knowledge of estimating procurement contracts and scheduling
• Experience leading subcontractor and vendor coordination
• Ability to manage budgets costs and reporting effectively
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
