What Youll Do
Manage day-to-day project operations including subcontractors schedules budgets and quality control.
Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety and environmental standards.
Oversee vendor selection contract execution and materials procurement.
Maintain accurate project documentation budgets and financial reporting.
Drive revenue and profitability targets while controlling project costs.
Collaborate with clients adjusters and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
Participate in the emergency on-call management rotation.
Track and approve change orders invoices and expenses with transparency and accuracy.
Lead site teams to deliver safe efficient and high-quality project results.
Requirements
2 years of full-time construction project management experience (restoration experience preferred).
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction operations financials and project administration.
Experience with multi-family hotel or multi-building facility projects a plus.
OSHA 10/30 CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
