Construction Project Manager

What Youll Do

• Manage day-to-day project operations including subcontractors schedules budgets and quality control.
  

• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety and environmental standards.
  

• Oversee vendor selection contract execution and materials procurement.
  

• Maintain accurate project documentation budgets and financial reporting.
  

• Drive revenue and profitability targets while controlling project costs.
  

• Collaborate with clients adjusters and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
  

• Participate in the emergency on-call management rotation.
  

• Track and approve change orders invoices and expenses with transparency and accuracy.
  

• Lead site teams to deliver safe efficient and high-quality project results.
  

Requirements

• 2 years of full-time construction project management experience (restoration experience preferred).
  
  
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (preferred).
  
  
• Strong knowledge of construction operations financials and project administration.
  
  
• Experience with multi-family hotel or multi-building facility projects a plus.
  
  
• OSHA 10/30 CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
  
  
• Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role requires frequent standing walking lifting (2550 lbs.) and hands-on site work. You may occasionally stoop kneel crouch or crawl. Work environments range from quiet office settings to moderately loud job sites.
