We are currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in Tyler TX. to join our family. This role would be assigned to a $80-million-dollar project in Tyler TX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the Office Administration Department.
  • Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
  • Supervises the maintenance of office equipment including copiers fax machines etc.
  • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards etc.).
  • Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment as well as layout arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities.
  • Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture office equipment etc. for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
  • Participation is needed in special department projects.
  • Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers suppliers employees). Maintain a relationship to ensure needs are met and problems/conflicts are resolved.
  • Communicates and reinforces the Company vision mission and values

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Four years of secretarial or office management experience; or a combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
