POSITION OVERVIEW
An experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be proficient in utilizing construction management software. Construction Manager and construction phase support for our Mount Holly NJ office.
Degree Engineer; PE Preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
Read and interpret construction documents to ensure accurate project execution
Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project coordination
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in construction documents reading and interpretation
Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
Experience with construction management software such as Primavera Prolog Bluebeam or similar tools
Knowledge of project coordination and scheduling
Previous experience in construction site management is preferred
Higher Certification and/or Certifications in Underground Utilities Water/Wastewater Plants or Building Construction is a plus
