Construction Manager LNG Projects

KBR is looking for a Construction Manager with LNG project expertise to lead and oversee the safe efficient and successful execution of large-scale LNG construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing multidisciplinary construction teams contractors and stakeholders throughout all phases of LNG facility development including liquefaction plants regasification terminals gas processing facilities and related infrastructure.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage all field construction activities for LNG projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards safety requirements and regulatory obligations.

  • Lead and coordinate contractors subcontractors and construction personnel to achieve project goals.

  • Monitor construction schedules budgets and performance metrics.

  • Identify and mitigate construction risks while driving timely resolution of field issues.

  • Collaborate with engineering procurement commissioning and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Conduct regular progress reviews site inspections and safety audits.

  • Implement and promote a strong safety culture aligned with company and industry standards.

  • Prepare and present project updates reports and forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Support commissioning startup and project closeout activities.

Required Education Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related technical discipline OR equivalent construction experience

  • Minimum 10 years of construction management experience including significant LNG project experience.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large EPC EPCM or owner-led LNG projects.

  • Strong knowledge of LNG facility construction cryogenic systems piping structural steel mechanical equipment and commissioning requirements.

  • Proven leadership experience managing large field teams and multiple contractors.

  • Comprehensive understanding of OSHA requirements and industry safety standards.

  • Excellent communication leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with project management and construction reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with greenfield LNG export terminals import terminals or liquefaction facilities.

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.

  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.

  • Experience working in multinational and fast-paced project environments.
