Eatons ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Construction Manager to lead complex electrical and industrial construction projects from kickoff through this role youll be the on-site leader driving safe efficient and high-quality project execution while partnering closely with customers subcontractors operations sales and technical teams.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a construction leader who enjoys owning the full project lifecycle solving problems in the field and helping deliver critical power infrastructure for customers in growing markets such as electrical systems industrial facilities manufacturing utilities and data centers.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

What youll do:
Lead full-cycle construction project delivery including planning budgeting scheduling execution risk management and closeout.
Serve as the primary on-site contact for Eatons EESS work coordinating with customers subcontractors vendors internal teams and other trades.
Review scope technical requirements timelines and handoff details to identify risks gaps and execution needs early.
Use project management tools to track milestones manage deliverables monitor progress and keep projects on schedule.
Lead project meetings and provide clear timely communication to customers stakeholders and cross-functional Eaton teams.
Partner with District Operations to support job-site safety cost control change order management issue resolution and overall project performance.
Support process improvements strategic initiatives and team capability by sharing project management expertise and field best practices.
