A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing public owners developers architects engineers and design professionals in sophisticated construction disputes and complex construction projects.

Ideal Background

35 years of construction litigation experience

Experience representing public owners developers architects engineers contractors subcontractors and/or design professionals preferred

Experience handling complex construction disputes claims and litigation matters

Experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related project documentation is strongly preferred

Experience with pleadings discovery depositions motion practice hearings mediations and trial preparation

Strong legal research writing analytical and advocacy skills

Degree in engineering architecture or construction management strongly preferred

Excellent writing skills attention to detail and strong academic credentials required

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Washington bar admission required or ability to waive in via motion reciprocity or UBE transfer
