Construction Façade & Enclosure Team Captain Sr Project Manager

Job Summary
We seek a Senior Project Manager (Sr PM) to lead the planning procurement and delivery of building façade and enclosure scopes including metal panel systems curtain wall cold-formed framing exterior doors and hardware and related envelope components.
Job duties:
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and engineers; define roles set priorities and drive accountability across design procurement and field execution.
- Partner with the General Superintendent and superintendents to coordinate field operations sequencing logistics access temporary works and safety for façade and enclosure scopes
- Develop own and maintain the façade and enclosure master plan including WBS schedule and milestone alignment with the overall project plan.
- Sequence work ensuring safe and efficient access and material flow.
- Drive design development and constructability reviews with architects engineers and specialty façade consultants.
- Lead submittals RFIs shop drawing reviews BIM coordination/clash resolution and interface management for all envelope components.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for façade and enclosure scope with clients designers consultants trade partners and internal leadership.
- Communicate progress risks decisions and KPIs; lead effective OAC and trade coordination meetings.

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- BS Construction Management/Engineering or relevant curriculum and 8 years of construction experience in commercial construction or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience focused on construction façades/enclosures.
- Proven track record delivering complex façades (mid/high-rise healthcare life sciences cultural higher ed tech or mission-critical)
- Expertise in façade procurement contracts logistics installation performance testing and commissioning
- Strong commercial acumen: budgeting forecasting change management and vendor negotiations
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and drive results.
- Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.
- Experience with design-assist design-build or integrated project delivery.
- Experience with BECx and advanced performance testing programs.
