What Youll Do as a Construction Crew Member/Driver

• Assist with roofing siding remodeling and general construction projects.
• Prepare job sites by helping with demolition installation material removal and cleanup.
• Measure cut carry position install and remove building materials according to project needs.
• Operate hand tools power tools ladders and construction equipment safely and properly.
• Load and unload materials tools and equipment while keeping job sites clean organized and safe.
• Drive a Ford F-350 four-door truck and pull a 20-foot flatbed trailer to job sites.
• Protect customers homes property and landscaping while completing assigned work.
• Follow the crew foremans direction and work with your crew to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Our Ideal Construction Crew Member/Driver

• Dependable: Show up ready to work each day and follow through on your responsibilities.
• Experienced or Teachable: Bring previous roofing siding carpentry remodeling or general construction experience or a willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
• Safety-Conscious: Work safely with tools ladders roofs and elevated work areas while following proper construction practices.
• Physically Capable: Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions regularly climbing and bending and lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds.
• Qualified Driver: Hold a valid drivers license maintain a clean driving record for the past five years and be able to meet DOT physical requirements.
• Team-Focused: Take pride in quality work be willing to improve and contribute to a friendly Christian team environment.
