Construction Coordinator

• Serve as a primary point of contact for reconstruction customers throughout their projects
• Answer and make customer calls regarding scheduling project status documentation and next steps
• Coordinate appointments project schedules subcontractors and customer availability
• Maintain current status information for every active reconstruction project
• Identify outstanding items requiring follow-up and make sure they are addressed
• Track customer contracts deposits change orders and outstanding project documentation
• Prepare send track and follow up on change orders
• Assist with project scheduling and communication between customers estimators Project Managers and subcontractors
• Maintain organized and complete electronic job files
• Track required documents and follow up when information is missing
• Help ensure customers know what is happening next and who is responsible
• Support Project Managers with administrative and scheduling needs
• Assist the reconstruction team in keeping projects moving from contract through completion
• Escalate customer concerns scheduling problems or missing information when necessary
• Provide a professional and responsive customer experience

• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers throughout construction projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects tasks and deadlines at the same time
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify something that needs follow-up without always being told
• Comfortable working with computers email scheduling systems and electronic documents
• Construction restoration insurance project coordination or administrative experience is preferred
• Ability to work effectively with estimators Project Managers subcontractors and office staff
• Positive professional team-oriented attitude
