VIP Systems is a South Florida Low Voltage integrator specializing in complex technology infrastructure (cabling security and access control) for luxury high-rise developments.

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our footprint in the South Florida luxury high-rise market. This high-energy role requires a strategic networker who can identify new project opportunities build lasting relationships with developers and general contractors.

Core Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and qualify new luxury high-rise projects in the South Florida pipeline through networking and lead generation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with GCs Developers and MEP Consultants to ensure VIP is on every relevant bid list.
  • Pipeline Tracking: Manage the sales lifecycle from initial contact through contract award utilizing CRM tools to track progress and hit revenue targets.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Pre-Construction team to ensure bids are aligned with client expectations and project requirements.
  • Brand Representation: Represent VIP Systems at industry events site walk-throughs and project meetings.


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of business development or sales experience within the South Florida construction industry preferably in low voltage or MEP trades.
  • Network: An established book of contacts among South Florida General Contractors and Developers is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of low-voltage systems (CCTV Access Control Structured Cabling) to effectively communicate value.
  • Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in CRM platforms (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
