Location: Saddle River NJ Hybrid with 1 day remote per week and the remaining days working collaboratively in the office.

Note: Must have an active New Jersey bar license and at least 1 year of directly relevant construction law experience.

Job Description

• Represent clients in construction disputes contract matters and related commercial litigation.
• Analyze and advise on construction contracts project issues claims and risk.
• Handle matters involving construction litigation arbitration mediation and dispute resolution.
• Draft and review contracts pleadings motions correspondence and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective strategies for complex construction matters.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide practical business-focused legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to manage matters efficiently and deliver high-quality results.
• Develop deeper expertise across construction law while taking increasing ownership of client matters.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey bar license in good standing.
• 1 year of construction law experience.
• Experience with construction disputes contracts litigation or related project counseling.
• Strong legal research writing analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong judgment attention to detail and commitment to client service.
