At Paul Davis Restoration we help homeowners and businesses recover from fire water storm and other property damage.
Once the emergency work is complete our reconstruction team puts things back together the right way. Were looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands wants to learn the construction trades and takes pride in quality workmanship.
This is a hands-on position with a clear path into the skilled trades.
What Youll Do
Perform demolition of damaged building materials including drywall flooring cabinets trim and insulation
Assist with residential and commercial reconstruction projects
Install drywall tape texture and prepare surfaces for paint
Perform finish carpentry including trim baseboard doors hardware and cabinetry
Assist with flooring installation including LVP laminate tile and carpet preparation
Perform framing blocking and general carpentry work
Complete punch-list items and final project details
Load unload and organize materials tools and equipment
Maintain clean safe and professional job sites
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
Follow company safety standards and quality expectations
What Were Looking For
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Construction trades military maintenance or physical labor experience preferred
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
Able to lift 75 pounds and perform physical work daily
Reliable punctual and coachable
Takes pride in quality workmanship and doing things the right way
Experience & Training
No formal carpentry experience requiredwell train the right person
Construction or trade experience is a plus
Paid training provided
