As aConfirmation Representative your primary responsibilitywill be to confirm upcoming arrival dates for guests traveling on marketing getaways while providing world-class guest service and satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who will respond to our owners and future owners needs with a focus on increased show rated and decreased disqualification rates. Utilizing excellent communication and critical thinking skills is a must.

Schedule:Monday through Friday 12:30pm-9pm (weekend availability required based on business need)

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION

Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to guests 21 days prior to their arrival date to complete final confirmation of their arrival and ensure eligibility
• Receive inbound calls from guests wishing to confirm their reservation and verify eligibility.
• Reserve cancel and reschedule reservations as necessary
• Problem solve and provide world-class customer service
• Pitch and sell vacation enhancements such as accommodation upgrades extra nights attraction tickets etc. when available

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Computer proficient
• Excellent customer service and listening skills
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple systems at once
• Must be able to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Sales customer service hospitality and/or call center experience a plus
