Concrete Finisher

Skillforce is hiring Concrete Finishers for project work in Anadarko Oklahoma. As a Concrete Finisher you will be responsible for the demolition and replacement of an exterior concrete ramp. If you can set your own forms and finish flatwork apply now!

Concrete Finisher Pay:

• $60.00 per hour on a W-2 basis.
• Weekly pay by direct deposit.

Concrete Finisher Schedule:

• Monday through Friday day shift.
• This is short term project work.
• You will be on site in Anadarko Oklahoma for the full scope of the work.

Concrete Finisher Responsibilities:

• Demo the existing concrete ramp and slab and haul the broken material clear of the work area.
• Prep and compact the subgrade so the new pour sits at the correct elevation and drains the way it should.
• Set brace and strip forms to the layout and grade the accessible ramp requires.
• Place screed float and trowel the pour then edge joint and broom or texture the surface as specified.
• Set detectable warning surfaces and hold slope and cross slope inside accessible design tolerance.
• Control concrete dust during cutting and breaking and leave the work area clean at the end of each day.

Concrete Finisher Qualifications:

• You have hands on experience setting and stripping concrete forms and finishing the pour yourself.
• You can read grade and slope and hold tolerance on an exterior accessible ramp.
• You bring your own demo tools including a breaker or hammer drill and a concrete saw.
• You bring your own form and finish hand tools including floats trowels an edger and a level.
• You have reliable transportation to a job site outside the Oklahoma City metro.
• You can lift and carry heavy material and work outdoors for a full shift.
• You can pass a drug screen and background check for site access.
• You are authorized to work in the United States.
