Concrete Cutting & Coring Technician

Location: Cuero TX

Job Type: Full-Time Long-Term Project (Approximately 12 Months)

MEMCO is hiring an experienced Concrete Cutting & Coring Technician for a long-term commercial construction project in Cuero TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating concrete cutting and core drilling equipment while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

This position offers long-term stability with a consistent work schedule and the opportunity to work on a major commercial construction project.

• Perform concrete core drilling for mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations.
• Operate concrete cutting equipment including wall saws slab saws hand saws and core drilling machines.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and job specifications.
• Measure and mark cutting locations accurately.
• Inspect and maintain cutting and coring equipment.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and all project-specific safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other trades on-site.

• Minimum of 2 years of concrete cutting and coring experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Experience operating concrete cutting and core drilling equipment.
• Valid Drivers License (Required).
• Clean Background (Required).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be dependable safety-conscious and able to work independently.
