Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Available shifts; 6am to 4:30pm and 9am to 6:00pm; overtime available
Work Location: On-site in Binghamton NY

We are looking for motivated dependable individuals to join our team as Concrete Batch Plant System Technicians. No prior experience is required! We provide hands-on training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed and build a long-term career in the concrete industry.

• Operate automated concrete batching systems to produce consistent high-quality concrete mixes.
• Perform concrete quality-control tests including slump air content and strength testing.
• Monitor raw materials and assist with inventory and material management.
• Inspect maintain and troubleshoot batching equipment.
• Maintain accurate production reports and quality-control records.
• Work closely with production and quality-control teams to meet project specifications and DOT requirements.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area.

• A reliable hardworking individual with a willingness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete training and pursue industry certifications.
• Previous concrete or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
