Member of Technical Staff with 3-5 years (startup) or 5-8 years (big tech) experience to build AI agents that power finance workflows for hundreds of enterprise customers. Join a small flat team of 12 working directly with the founders and co-lead of engineering owning problems end-to-end from user discovery to production deployment.

• Build AI agents and agentic systems using LangChain LangGraph and Python for enterprise finance use cases

• Design and maintain backend systems: database modeling API endpoints data storage (Postgres DynamoDB Redis)

• Own product areas end-to-end engaging with designers GTM and customers to understand problems and ship solutions

• Build evaluation sets tracing and observability for AI agent performance

• Integrate with enterprise data sources (ERPs banks billing systems) and orchestrate backend/AI services via Temporal
