What Youll Do:
As a Concierge youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Working a consistent schedule to support our community Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Greeting and directing visitors and managing all incoming phone calls transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the business office including mail and delivery management faxing scanning and preparing training materials and schedules.
- Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is always clean tidy and welcoming for all residents visitors and associates.
- Assisting with community readiness for inspections by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and emergency preparedness.
- Building positive relationships with residents their families and team members.
What Were Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in a concierge role (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in a senior living or related industry (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups navigate challenging situations and make sound decisions.
- Strong technical skills (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint) and the ability to maintain confidential and privileged information (including HIPAA residents and associates).
